Don't forget about the mobility class!

Congratulations to Lisa for winning Best Costume for the Halloween WOD!

Tomorrow we are having a Mobility Class led by Kat, who is a physical therapist. She is going to show us how to protect and rehab our lower backs! It's at 6pm, so come work out at 4:30pm and hang around or join us at 6 for mobility then workout at 6:30pm!

We are going to complete the No Sugar November tester WOD tomorrow. If you are participating in the challenge you will need to complete this workout by Friday at the latest. Make sure to record your score because we will repeat it again in 3 weeks at the end of the challenge!
