Are you doing the extra work on the board? It's posted under the cool down section on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Joel tries to mix it up between olympic lifting, aerobic capacity, and skill work to give us a nice balance. You are free to do it before or after or instead of class. Just let a coach know!
