Guys Night Out!

Guys! Your night out is tomorrow at 6pm starting out at Belmar Tavern! Food, drinks, and competitive betting will ensue!

Saturday has a packed schedule with Barbell club at 8:30, CrossFit at 9:30, and then the monthly Skill Sesh at 10:30! This month we are focusing on Muscle Ups! Come get your first one or work on progressions to get you there!

Then Sunday come out to Curtis Hixon Park and go ice skating! All while wearing shorts and a tank top! Best of both worlds? Meet at noon!
