I hope everyone has a safe and fun Halloween! If you've already celebrated then I hope you got your candy fix because we are just 1 day away from the beginning of the No Sugar Challenge!
This week you can earn points for your team by coming to our 5:30am class!!!! Anyone brave enough to knock your workout out in the early morning will advance their team!
I'll be posting incentives for the next few weeks to earn you extra points, but the real work will be not eating sugar!!!
