New Years Eve: 9am and Noon

New Years Day: Closed

We will have our regular class schedule December 26-December 30! Please let a coach know if you have any questions!

Cherise Elliott says she was “morbidly obese” when she started CrossFit.

Initially hesitant to walk into an affiliate, Elliott sent a note listing all her health problems to a coach at Put It Up CrossFit in Orem, Utah.

“(The coach) said four words that changed my life,” Elliott says. “He said, ‘I can help you.”

Although it took four months for Elliott to achieve a simple air squat, today she’s lost more than 100 pounds.

ANYONE CAN DO CROSSFIT, sometimes they just need a friend to guide them. Be that friend this January, and bring someone to the gym who needs to better their health!
