Lifting Day!

Do you want to get better at your olympic lifts (snatch and clean & jerk)? What better way to practice your lifting than in Barbell Club where all you have to do is lift! Seriously, no running or wall balls, just the barbell! To me, that is heaven! Check it out tomorrow evening at 5:30pm!

Goal: UB Dubs, big sets of cleans
