Tomorrow I am hosting my monthly free mommy + me workout class. This class is for new moms who can wear their babies in a carrier. We do a short workout wearing the babies, and usually a cool down with just our body weight. It is a supportive environment where moms don't have to worry about judgment and can get some movement in without worrying about childcare.
If you know a new mom who may be interested, please let them know it is at 10:30am. This month we will have a guest speaker, Dr. Rachel Settles of Innate Chiropractic who will be doing spinal screenings and answering questions about family chiropractic care.
