Welcome to the week of alllll the skills! Double unders, ring and bar muscle ups, overhead squats, and DB snatches! WOW! The scaled version has chin over bar pull-ups, so if you don't have those, it's ok! You may get your first one! Or just do what you can and move on to the next workout!
