Short Week!

What an amazing class we had on Saturday! A fun workout with a lot of friends, plus a photographer to capture all of your amazing workout faces ;) Be on the lookout for some great photos to be posted soon! And thank you for coming and working out, doing Barbell Club, and learning/refining a key gymnastics skill!

Yoga on Sunday was also a popular class and we are glad to see so many people working on their flexibility and mobility because it will only benefit you in your CrossFit workouts and recovery! Thank you Michelle as always!

We have a short week this week. Normal schedule Monday - Wednesday (including the new 6:30am and 9:30am times). No class on Thursday! And only 9:30am class on Friday!

Tomorrow we are repeating the No Sugar November tester to see if our times improved! Remember we did this one on Monday, October 30 so check your WOD journals for your result. The goal is to improve on your score so leave it all out there tomorrow. You will have until the end of this week to complete the workout so please make arrangements with me if you are unable to make it tomorrow to class. And you only have 3 more days in the challenge!!!
