So Many Activities!

Lots of things to announce!

  • Thank you to everyone who came out to our Veterans WOD on Saturday! It was a huge turnout with lots of new faces and we had a blast!
  • We will be offering a 6:30am class Monday - Friday as a trial run!
  • Congratulations to the No Sugar November participants for making it half way through the challenge! I hope resisting added sugars is getting easier for you as the days go by! Remember to reach out to your coach or our FB group for support!
  • You can earn extra points for your team this week by grabbing a Primal Empowerment sticker at the gym and taking a photo of it somewhere in the world and tagging us (just don't put it somewhere that will get you in trouble!)
  • You can also get extra points for your team by going to Yoga on Sunday, November 19th at 10am. It's free for everyone this month in the spirit of Thanksgiving so bring a friend!
  • This Saturday, November 18 will be our second Skill Sesh focusing on Toes to Bar! If you want to get better at Toes to Bar or get your first one, hang out after class to learn tips and practice with Coach Joel!
