Thank You!

Thank you to everyone who brought a friend to our Free Week last week! We can tell you enough how much it means to us when you refer people you know and like to us! You even helped us break a weekday record of 31 people in a class!

The next steps for brand new people to CrossFit are to take the Fundamentals classes. These are usually scheduled one on one with a coach, but more than one person can do sessions at a time if you want to join with a friend/spouse, etc. We typically do 6 sessions before letting you jump into the group classes, so you feel comfortable with the movements.
