Yoga in the Park this Sunday!

Don't forget about Yoga in the Park this Sunday at 10am! We will meet at Bobby Hicks Park and then head over to a shady spot near the water to get in our down dogs! We will bring mats with us in case you need one! Invite your friends! $10 for a friend, bring your kids and dogs! :)

Everyone uses one barbell and changes the load every 10 reps. The loads decrease roughly 10lbs per movement. Once you hit the Hang Squat Snatch, you go back up the ladder and re-add the weights.
